Tasks
- Daily customer contact and interface between dealership and customer
- Ensuring smooth workflows and planning in the service business
- Receiving vehicles via dialog reception and creating workshop orders and cost estimates
- Sales of financial services, spare parts and workshop hours
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
- Ideally already certified as a GASB
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and a strong willingness to learn
- Open, friendly and respectful demeanor towards customers
- Competent appearance in the service business with pleasure in business success
- First professional experience in customer service and strong technical understanding
- Social skills, ability to work in a team and resilience
