Tasks

• Daily customer contact and interface between dealership and customer
• Ensuring smooth workflows and planning in the service business
• Receiving vehicles via dialog reception and creating workshop orders and cost estimates
• Sales of financial services, spare parts and workshop hours

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
• Ideally already certified as a GASB
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and a strong willingness to learn
• Open, friendly and respectful demeanor towards customers
• Competent appearance in the service business with pleasure in business success
• First professional experience in customer service and strong technical understanding
• Social skills, ability to work in a team and resilience
