The job
- Carry out inspections, repairs and maintenance work for customers in your area of responsibility (radius approx. 75 km)
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting, as well as maintenance work, replacement of assemblies or sensors, general maintenance of production and operating technology
- Documentation of the activities carried out
- Collaborating closely with the internal service department, service scheduling and technical support
- Friendly customer support on site
Your recipe for success
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, mechanic or a comparable qualification (m/f/d)
- Enjoyment and ideally experience in a regional field service role
- Enjoy dealing with customers, confident and friendly demeanor
- Good German language skills and a class B driver's license (modern company vehicle will be provided)
