Your main tasks:

• Maintenance and repair of systems in the field of technical building equipment, especially I&C systems
• Troubleshooting, fault rectification and repairs
.
• Performing minor installation work as part of conversion and new construction measures.
Drawing up activity and maintenance reports and defect logs.
• Communication with the customer and technical advice on site.
Willingness to take on occasional on-call duties.

Your strengths:

• Completed trade-specific vocational training

• Relevant professional experience in maintenance and servicing.
• Cross-trade specialist knowledge.
• Driver's license class B.
