Service technician (m/f/d) mechatronics wanted for challenging tasks

Your challenges:

• Commissioning, maintenance and repair of systems in plant engineering and robotics
• About 40-50% of the work at the head office (technical center)
• Around 50-60% on-site customer support, service and commissioning
• Collaborating closely with application consultants and automation specialists
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting directly at the customer
• Training customers in handling the systems
• Documentation of service calls and creation of service reports

Your requirements:

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in service, preferably in plant engineering or robotics
• Knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair of mechatronic systems
• Willingness to travel regionally and throughout Germany
• Team player, strong communication skills and independent working style
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
