Your profile:
You bring with you:
- Qualification according to §34a GewO - depending on the assignment with instruction or expert examination
- Age of majority and a positive background check (incl. security guard register ID)
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Good German language skills, both oral and written
- Physical and mental resilience - you remain cool and professional in stressful situations
- Conflict resolution skills and a confident demeanor
- Friendly manners and a well-groomed appearance
- An impeccable police clearance certificate
Your tasks:
You ensure that travelers are safe and relaxed on their journey - whether through route patrols, targeted observations or directing the flow of travelers at train stations
- Compliance with and enforcement of the applicable safety standards
- Documentation of incidents and damage to property
- You are our contact person on site, help with questions and provide guidance
