Compensation package

• Consistent pay scale according to ARV Caritas with company pension scheme, special annual payments and additional benefits
• Basic salary for a full-time position as a career starter: €3,589.79 gross/month (scaled according to professional experience up to €5,138.23 gross/month)

Requirements

• State-recognized educator / curative educator, social worker / social pedagogue or student (m/f/d) of social work from the 5th semester
• Knowledge and experience in the field of educational support and working with troubled children/young people is desirable
• Willingness to take responsibility for shift work (early, late, night and weekend shifts)
• Driver's license and entry-free extended certificate of good conduct are mandatory

The Crisis Intervention Center (Kriz) has up to eight optional closed places for young people aged 12 and over
