You support our team in the area of shipment research and procurement
As the contact person for (inter)national automotive shipments, you will maintain close contact with our branches and monitor critical shipments
You are in direct contact with our drivers, monitor the tours during the course of the day and coordinate with our transshipment warehouse
You coordinate delivery dates directly with the shippers and recipients and book delivery time slots
You are responsible for checking the transport completion and the correct return notification in our system
You control the quality and react situationally based on your experience in daily business
What we expect:
Ideally, you have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or have a comparable qualification; career changers are also very welcome
You have experience in the handling of transports
You score points with your high IT affinity and quick comprehension, so you can quickly familiarize yourself with our transport management system
You have business fluent German language skills
Working alternating shifts is fine for you
Assertiveness and a high degree of service orientation and self-motivation are among your strengths
The confident use of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) complements your profile
