Welcome to the Ev. Heilig-Geist-Gemeinde Wiesbaden-Biebrich daycare center

Our daycare center is located in Wiesbaden-Biebrich and is home to two crèche groups and three elementary groups with up to 96 children aged between one and six years. We work according to the partially open concept and treat our children with respect and attention. Our focus is on movement and project work, teaching Christian values through religious education activities relating to the church year and social-emotional skills, among other things.

The team currently consists of 14 educational specialists, including management, as well as additional housekeeping and cleaning staff.

We expect:

• Completed training as a state-recognized educator, social pedagogue or equivalent pedagogical training with initial management experience
• Enjoyment in management and administrative tasks, team development and team leadership
• Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflict, team spirit and flexibility
• Safety in dealing with IT applications such as Kita-Büro and the WIKITA reporting system
• Good cooperation with parents, authorities and specialist services
• Motivation to further develop the existing concept
• Continuation of the quality development
• A positive attitude towards Christian values and the educational mission of the Protestant Church
• Member of a Christian church (ACK)
