General description:

Our client is a globally active manufacturing company in Erfurt. We are looking for a dedicated team assistant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

• Post & parcel management
• Ordering office and advertising materials
• Organization and support of meetings and team events
• Preparation/follow-up of discussions and meetings
• Object management & coordination in the event of problems
• Access management
• Contract inventory
• Documentation activities
• Data storage/management in the ERP system

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• first professional experience in a comparable position
• self-reliant, structured way of working
• strong communication and teamwork skills as well as competent behavior and professional appearance
• economic and sustainable way of thinking and acting
• Business fluent German and good command of English
