Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d)
permanent, full-time (39 hours / week).
Our municipal own company Stadtwerke PLUS with the four operating branches wastewater, building depot, Brentanoscheune and outdoor pool with its dedicated team is looking for you as a reinforcement at the earliest possible date.

This is what we are looking for! Your profile:
· A completed application-oriented degree in a technical field, (e.g. urban water management, environmental engineering or ä.) or a successfully completed advanced training course, e.g. as a technical business administrator or as a certified wastewater manager or a comparable qualification
· Multiple years of relevant professional and ideally also management experience.
· Ideally application-safe knowledge of the processes and procedures of municipal structures, ideally in a Hessian local administration / municipal enterprise
· Applicable knowledge of current MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
· Competent and business fluent in speaking and writing.
· Füleadership skills, initiative, a sense of responsibility, a confident and customer-oriented manner and a structured way of working.
· Class B driving license
This is what you will do with us! Your area of responsibility:
· Representation of the Eigenbetrieb and its four operating branches vis-à-vis citizens, authority management, political bodies as well as external authorities and companies.
· Organizational and disciplinary management of 28 employees in mutual representation with the commercial management,
· Conducting regular employee meetings, instructing employees and assuming entrepreneurial duties.
· Professional management of the technical employees of all four branches of the company.
· Contracting, procurement and ordering, taking into account budgetary resources, budget responsibility and national and/or European procurement directives.
· Project management and controlling for various municipal projects in cooperation with the construction department as well as for the orders of the operating branch construction depot.
· Initiation and support of water rights procedures as well as processing of development applications up to the preparation of permits and/or notifications.
· General organizational development – Development, further development and updating of operational procedures, statutes and work steps.
· Production of operational statistics, annual reports and official self-monitoring, e.g. in accordance with the EKVO.
