Since the 1960s, our expertise has been in the areas of research, development, production and sales of reactive resins based on methyl methacrylate, epoxy and polyurethane, mainly for floor coatings and many other applications in various industries.

Your tasks

• Taking over operational sales responsibility in German-speaking Switzerland

• Goal: Increase sales and earnings in your region and expand Silikal's market position.
Personal support for existing customers and sales partners from industry, trade and commerce
• Active acquisition of new business relationships.
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented sales strategy based on intensive market observation and analysis.
Impulses for the development of new sales channels and consistent market penetration with a focus on German-speaking Switzerland.

Your profile

• Results-oriented sales personality with many years of expertise and proven sales success in relevant industries, ideally construction chemicals
• Motivated candidates from the second tier are welcome

• High personal commitment and strong acquisition skills.
• Solution-oriented customer approach and high closing orientation.
• Ability to develop strategy and motivating leadership personality.
• Enjoy being on site with customers and at trade fairs and be willing to travel accordingly.
• Very good knowledge of English; ideally you also speak Swiss German or French.
