The Rüdesheimer Sektkellerei Ohlig GmbH & Co. KG has been producing and marketing high-quality sparkling wines for over 100 years. We offer private label solutions to medium-sized companies, produce sparkling wine for renowned winemakers and sell our OHLIG brand to restaurateurs and end consumers. Since our foundation in 1919, we have focused on the highest quality and individual solutions for our customers.
Job details:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. Your new challenge will be to manage and coordinate all sales activities. You will recognize and exploit new potential, acquire new customers and sales partners and maintain contact with existing customers. You will be responsible for the management and further development of our sales agencies as well as the sustainable development of our sales strategy. To do this, you will continuously monitor the market, competition and the needs of our customers and derive sales measures from this.
Requirements profile:
We expect you to have many years of sales experience in the wine/sparkling wine industry and a good network in the various sales channels. You are characterized by strong sales skills and negotiation skills and have a conceptual mindset for marketing and the strategic development of customer potential. You are an ambitious personality who enjoys shaping and developing new business areas, have a hands-on mentality, a high level of commitment, empathy and team spirit. We require business management knowledge from your training/studies and good knowledge of MS Office and merchandise management systems.
