What you will do with us:

• Supporting and advising our customers by phone and email
• Processing and creating documents and lists using a document management system
• Responsibility for the smooth purchasing process of our online shop
• Creation and follow-up of quotations
• Responsibility for the creation of invoices and credit notes

What we expect from you:

• Good written and spoken English and German
• Professional handling of MS Office and modern communication tools
• Enjoy teamwork and organized work
