Business Lawyer / Insolvency Clerk (m/f/d)

We are one of the leading German commercial law firms based in Dresden. We are experts in insolvency law and support companies in crisis situations. In addition, we are regularly instructed by renowned German insolvency administrators. With our team of 11 lawyers, we also advise our clients in the areas of corporate, employment and mediation law.

We are looking for a business lawyer / insolvency clerk (m/f/d) to strengthen our Dresden office at the earliest possible date.

You want

• Advise companies in the team on all issues relating to insolvency and debtor-in-possession obligations, restructuring measures and insolvency plans
• Write insolvency documents, expert opinions and reports independently
• Practical and performance-oriented support for companies in crisis situations during restructuring
• Organize and plan

You have

• A training as a finance­accountant, tax­specialist­employee or as a business­business­ju­rist, legal­an­lawyer­specialist­an­employee, legal­specialist­economist
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, planning or experience in the preparation of expert opinions and reports through work with an insolvency administrator or in a law firm
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Teams
• Enjoy working independently and with partners and colleagues from other industries
• A self­st­n­dige and effi­zi­ente work­way
• A confident and self-assured demeanor and are communicative
