Financial Accountant (f/m/d), 30-40 hours per week and home office share

For a small but fine IT company with 30 vacation days p.a. we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

FINANCIAL BOOKKEEPER (W/M/D).

The company employs around 50 people, is based in a prime location in the center of Stuttgart and thus offers you excellent connections to public transport.

After a successful induction, you will be able to work from home two days a week 

The position within the 2-person accounting team can be performed flexibly with 30 to 40 hours per week 

and is to be filled as part of the recruitment process. This means that you will have a permanent employment contract with your new employer from the outset, who will be happy to employ you for many years to come.

Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 55,000 euros p.a. 

For the sake of readability, all of the following terms refer to all genders.

• You will be responsible for tasks in accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting, including checking, account assignment and posting of documents
• Reconcile the accounts in addition
• You will provide valuable input for the monthly and annual financial statements
• Payment runs and dunning are in your reliable hands
• Maintaining master data and processing travel expense reports round off your accounting tasks
• In addition, there may be tasks from controlling for which you do not need any previous knowledge

What you need to bring:

• Good mood, desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have at least two years of professional experience in financial accounting
• You also have user knowledge of DATEV. Knowledge of Addison could be an alternative
• You communicate verbally and in writing in very good German. Knowledge of English would be an added value, but not a requirement
