Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an engaged and forward-thinking HR team
• Maintain trusted relationships with senior management, providing strategic, innovative, and operational advice
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business results

Your Profile:

• 3-6 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in an international environment
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in a team or HR management role
• Proven knowledge of German labor law and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Diplomacy, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking
