Your profile
up to 2 years of work experience as IT Support or any equivalent position;
strong organisation and communication skills in English and German;
strong team player, motivated, proactive and flexible, with a business development and entrepreneur attitude;
analytical thinking and grasp of complex structures;
solution-oriented, independent and focused approach in compliance with the existing IT policies; and
dedication and self-motivation
Your responsibilities
Onsite Support
provision, replacement and ordering of mobile devices and user-related IT hardware in consultation with IT;
supporting the ServiceDesk and other central IT units;
setting up and dismantling workstations, cable management, hard drive replacement, etc.;
assistance with troubleshooting and maintenance of printers, telephones, and conferencing systems;
project management support; and
software management.
