Your Role

• Support our leadership teams from production, technology, and administration in filling open positions in their respective areas.
• Conduct job-related pre-selection of suitable candidate profiles and virtual as well as personal interviews with the department.
• Research labor markets, develop recruiting strategies, and bring new ideas to identify and win candidates.
• Serve as a contact for personnel service providers, conduct initial conversations via social media, and engage in active networking with internal and external contacts.
• Organize and execute assessment centers and other recruiting actions, including participation in relevant job fairs.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in business administration or psychology with a focus on human resources management. Alternatively, you have comparable training.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in recruiting personnel in an industrial company.
• You enjoy communication across all hierarchical levels and can put yourself in your conversation partners' shoes.
• You have good English skills in spoken and written form, as well as safe handling of programs like MS Office, Outlook, and Success Factors (an advantage).
